The room was too hot, and the AC didn't cool effectively. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was no on-site service, only a voucher for a local fast food outlet, which wasn't adequate for a proper meal. Furthermore, I noticed that the electrical outlets in the room were outdated and inconvenient for international travelers without adapters.

The location of this hotel could not be better. Steps away from Times Square, I loved the convenience of nearby shopping and dining options.
